Built in India. Built for every economy.

Ninth Dimension is the company building AHCOS — incubated inside government-sanctioned innovation infrastructure, and recognized by global venture and technology programs.

§ 01 / Mission

Why we exist.

In the AI era, a certificate is a memory. AHCOS is the measurement.

We believe capability — what a person can actually do — is about to become one of the most important things any economy needs to measure well. We are building the infrastructure to measure it honestly: interpretable, validated, and verifiable.

§ 02 / Founder

Built by Rahul Vats.

RV

Rahul Vats founded Ninth Dimension after building The Gaming Hub, which turned educational theory into interactive, research-driven simulations.

That work is the throughline: making capability tangible enough to practice against, then measurable enough to trust. AHCOS is the same instinct, built as infrastructure.

§ 05 / Principles

How we measure.

P1

Measured, not asserted.

A capability claim is only as good as the evidence behind it. We show the evidence.

P2

Confidence, not false certainty.

Every estimate carries its uncertainty. A number without a confidence band is a guess.

P3

Interpretable end to end.

If a score cannot be traced to what produced it, it should not be trusted.

P4

Owned by the person.

The credential belongs to the individual it describes — portable, not captive.

P5

Measured separate from cited.

What we measured and what we reference from others are never blurred together.
